Thanks for reaching out to us. This reminds me of the 39-366. The arm is 9-1/2" long when measured from the gear's center to the roller's center. We recommend measuring as shown below to confirm this matches what you need.

I'm afraid the 39-366 is the best we can offer. We have the 39-014 with a 13-1/2" arm, but it has a nylon bearing which won't fit into the old track. You likely have an "undermount" type of track that mounts under the window sash. The 39-014 uses the 39-533 "face mount" track, but I'm not sure you'd have the room on the window. I am very sorry that we can't supply a suitable replacement.
