Unfortunately, your original operator is no longer available. We have replaced your original hardware with something like the 39-365 and 39-366 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator in the past, along with the 39-504 track.

Another option would be to see if you could use the 39-381 and 39-382 Casement Window Dyad Operator with a bracket like the 39-513 and 39-514 Truth Stud Brackets. This operator also uses the 39-107 cover or the 39-107FK cover and handle kit. I am not sure of the length of the "link" arm in your operator, but you'll need to be especially sure to compare that.
