You'll either need to take a photo of an operator in a similar window or open this window manually.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your operator can be replaced with either the 39-253LB or the 39-439B Encore Dual Arm Operator. These use either the 39-375 (folding) or 39-451 handle and cover kits. To determine which of these is the correct match, you'll need to carefully compare their differences; take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.

The compatible cover and handle kits can be found tagged below, along with the opposite handed version of the operator. You'll find the other compatible hardware and accessories below the product description, for the operator you need.
