Thank you. This looks a lot like our 39-316, but your dimensions are a little different. I would double check your measurements to see if this could possibly work.

The measurement from hole to hole is 4 1/2".

Are you talking about the link arm, or some other part of the operator? If you're talking about the link arm, I'm afraid we have nothing in that size. You could possibly swap the old and new link arms out. You can install the old link arm on the new operator using a rivet like our 62-014.
