Window crank assembly

Thanks for posting. It looks like the straight arm is roughly 10-1/2" long, in comparison to how the arm is measured in the diagram below, which is from the center of the wheel at the end of the arm to the center of the gear. You may want to double-check to be safe. If so, we do not carry an operator with an arm in that length. Our closest option we would have is our 9-1/2" version: the 39-027E and 39-028E . These are only an inch short, which is better than being 3" over in my opinion. The only catch is that you may need to adjust the position of your sash track in order to ensure the window can close, or even the position of the operator on the sill. It may take some trial and error.
