Window crank assembly replacement

Question

I want to replace four window crank assemblies, two swing right, two swing left (two are currently broken). I also need one bracket for the bottom of the window that the crank pops into (left swinging). These windows are 22 years old and I believe were purchased at home depot. Markings on the assembly are "G U", US Pat 6,247,270, CA Pat 2,278,439. Thank you for your assistance!
