A home owner from Murphy, NC says:

'Entry Guard Truth" crank assembly
Base plate # 40471
Long arm # 30470 LH (9" pin-pin)
Short Arm # 20755 (3.25" pin-pin)
Connector Arm # L30841 (3.25" pin-pin)
Gear Teeth are Worn down
Need to replace crank assembly.
Appears to be a Left Hand Assembly.
Handle is OK
Window hardware is OK
