Hi John. I think we can help you find a replacement operator, but it's difficult to say which one you need without seeing the original removed from the window. If you don't have the original, but think the other one in your pictures is the same, can you show it to us, removed from the window, with the link arm(s) in full view? That will help narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Hi Bob, I was finally able to remove one operator arm from the window, and take the pictures. Attached is the 5 pictures from different angles.

Please let me know if you have a similar one and can ship it to me.

Thanks,

John

Perfect, thanks John! Please see our 39-138, I think you'll find this is a pretty good match. Also see the 39-139 for the opposite side.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the reply.
Along with part # 39-138, I will need all the related parts. Currently as shown in the attached picture there is only an empty slot. I need to install a complete set for part # 39-138 to make this window operational.

Can you please advise what are all the related parts I will need along with part # 39-138 to make the window functional to open and close the window?

The only parts the 39-138 needs to function is a track and a handle. See our 39-504, which installs under the sash and gives the end wheel of the 39-138 something to fit into. See also our 39-205, which will allow you to actually turn the crank.

I'm not sure what else you may need, to be honest. It's very difficult to identify missing hardware since we'd have nothing to go off of. If you have an identical window that still has all its hardware, you can use that as a reference. We would need to go on a part-by-part basis.
