Do you have a replacement window crank, left side, Truth, 14" arm? For a wood frame window. (see photos)
The original internal mechanism is all broken, warped, and bent the assembly all out of shape, it no longer works.

Thanks for writing in! The arm of your window operator appear to be closer to 13-1/2", like the 39-014 Casement Window Operator. To confirm that this is the right replacement, take a look over the dimensions and compare them.
The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle. Be sure take a look at at the other hardware tagged below as well.
