The window opens without a problem by pushing the glass, but the crank is no longer attached. See the photos; the photo with the metal cover over the mechanism is from another window by the same manufacturer. I believe the manufacturer was Weather Shield.

Please start by reviewing the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators. Compare the dimensions and orientation to confirm the best fit. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the short link arm.
