Window crank mechanism-Jeld Wen

This is a 20" by 20" window installed in 1996. The crank mechanism is what I need to replace. Lock is okay...handle is okay.

It sounds like you need a new operator. We can help, but we will need to see the entire part. Your picture only shows the base. If possible, please open your window and show a clear top-down view of the operator so that we can match it up to something in our catalog.

I had replied a few days ago with pictures and a possible part number but had not hear back, Was concerned it did not go through so I am sending again. Number 20755 is stamped on the arm. Hope this is the number you need. Let me know if you have the parts .....cost and availability. Thanks again.

Thanks! These photos are a huge help. My recommendation would be the 39-156 and 39-155 operators. I am very confident that these will work for you.
