Hi, I was unable to uninstall these yet - it's dark and winter and quite cold up in western Massachusetts right now. Hoping that you can identify with what I've provided. If I need to uninstall, I'll try this weekend.
These have a beige plastic cover that says Crestline.
There is a marking that says "truth" on the base piece. The window trim cutout is about 5"W x 1"H x 3"D (depth is from front of metal plate to back of pocket).
The gears are worn out and really only function to open the windows.

We should be able to help with this. I just can't identify what you have here based on these photos. Would it be possible to see a photo of the window open, showing a full view of the operator's arms?
