Hi, I need to replace this window crank mechanism. I think it is the brand "Truth" but not sure the model, can you help? Thank you!

Hello! This operator looks like a good match for our 39-023 at first glance. I think this may be what you need, but review our dimensions below to ensure that everything matches up.

Thank you for the reply. The holes are spaced correctly but the arm is about 1 1/4" longer than the one I have, is straight instead of having an elbow (don't know if that matters), and this is black instead of aluminum, is there an aluminum one with a shorter arm?

Thanks for verifying. Can you tell me the exact length of your arm? Please make sure to measure from the center of the wheel bearing to the center of the gear, as shown in the diagram above. I want to be sure we get you the precise side needed. You will need to disconnect the arm from the track to get an accurate measurement.

Can you also clarify what you mean about the elbow? Looking at your photos above, your operator has the same bend in the arm as ours. Both are considered straight, but I just want to be sure I'm not missing something.
