Window crank replacement help

Question

Hello,

I believe the picture I shared is right handed crank. The handle no longer stays in the crank when I try to close the window. What parts do I need?

It sounds like your worm gear might be stripped. When this happens, I'm afraid it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced.

Take a look at the following two sets of operators: our 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156. Carefully review the dimensions for each set and compare them to your original assembly to see if any match what you need.
