Hi there!

The operator in your photos reminds me of our 39-220B and 39-221B. However, I'm not 100% sure this is what you have. If you could show me a photo of the operator base, that would allow me to confirm.

A quick learner from Overland Park, ks says:
I can't take the cover off of the operator, it feels like it's attached to the window frame itself not sure how to get it off. The pictures you sent look like what I need. is it possible to go ahead and get those and then return them if they're not the ones I need? Also I sent a couple more pictures but don't know if they will help.
Thank you again!

Number three in series:
I watched some videos on YouTube and found a video with the operator that looks like mine. They had to remove the six screws and the the operator could be removed by sliding it towards the inside of the house. It then reveals what looks like a felt gasket around the whole. The new one slides back through the whole and a couple of arm connect are made and the job was complete.
Again hope this helps.

The operator in these new photos appears to be different from the one in your initial post. If the assembly in your first post has the same base as the one you show here then I think the operators I recommended before are a good place to start. I also recommend you look over the specifications and photos on the 39-220B and 39-221B store pages to see if they align with your old assembly.

There are some operators where the cover is built into the base of the assembly itself and can't be removed. I'm not sure if that's the case here but it's just something to keep in mind. If you do need a new cover and handle, see the 39-451 and 39-452 which are fully compatible with the 39-220B and 39-221B

You're certainly welcome to order these parts. All orders can be placed on our website at your convenience. Our return policy can also be found here

A quick learner from Charlotte says:
It looks like a two arm operator to me, which would indicate it might be a 39-253RB

I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused. I thought you were looking for a replacement for the operator in your initial discussion post. I would need to see a full view of the arms for the two-arm operator to determine what you have but I think the 39-253RB could be a good place to start. We also have the 39-439B which uses a different guide at the end of its arm. The video below will go over the differences in detail.

Thanks for getting back to me, John! This looks like our 39-253RB operator which uses the 39-529 (sold separately). Look over the specifications and compare them with your assembly to see if they match up.
