Yes, I did see that arm. However, you'll notice the third arm, below the crank operator, is part of the casement window hinge. It is separate from the operating mechanism, so the operator should only have two arms. If the link arm on the operator in the photo is longer than 3-13/16", you may need the 39-031 and 39-032.

If you need to replace the hinges, you can likely use the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set, but you'll need to compare the dimensions shown on the website before making your purchase. These can be used to replace the top and bottom hinge for right and left handed applications.
