Window cranks

Handy Person from St. Louis
I have two windows that have broken cranks. The cranks work, they just won't stay connected to the windows. Thus, they open, but won't close. I'd like all new cranks and attachments but have no idea if that's possible. I have not removed them as I would then be unable to close the windows. I've attached what I have so far.

Thanks for reaching out! Based on the design of your casement operator and the manufacturer number on the arm, I believe you have the 9-1/2" 39-156 Caradco Window Crank and its opposite handed version 39-155

To confirm that this operator is correct replacement, carefully compare the dimensions shown below. You'll especially want to confirm the measurement for the short link arm. If the measurement is different, please let confirm your exact dimensions, written out.

The compatible cover is part 39-107. If you are looking to replace the handle as well, yours looks a lot like our 39-114. Although, we do have an updated version; part 39-114L (non-folding) and the 39-205 (folding). There is also a folding handle and cover kit; part 39-107FK.
