Window doesn't start anymore

Your balance assembly is an older, discontinued Simonton Balance. We suggest using the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe used with the Series 159 Coil Balances to replace it. Take a look at the video tutorials below for a detailed explanation on the conversion, all of the necessary replacement hardware is listed in it.

Your tilt latches remind me of either the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. Carefully review and compare the dimensions below to determine if this might work for your assembly.
