Window fails to stay open

Question

Centex built home during the 90's Top portion fixed. The carriages/trolleys are broken off from the fixture (spiral wire). can they be replaced and if so what instructions?

Thanks for contacting us. We have known most windows to be able to use our 15-046 pivot shoe with a 1-1/4" wide, and 1/2" thick, along with a 5/8" thick tilt balance. Take a look and get back to us with some feedback.
