Window guide

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

Thanks! These photos are a huge help. Looks like you have our Series 795 tilt window channel balance. I feel confident that this is what you want, but note that ours installs at the top of the track using a screw clip. I can't quite tell if the same can be said for yours; if it's a hook instead of a screw, then please show me a photo of where the hook installs and I can advise from there. You will have to remove that small, square sash stop at the top of the track to do so.
