Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance shoe appears to be a match for the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. The cover/support for the coils can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel; all three are snapped together to make the support.

To determine the correct coil springs, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils. If there aren't any, please take a look at the video tutorial, tagged below, for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.
