Window hand crank with metal screw

Home Owner from Ottawa, Canada
Based on the pictures, can you identify which part I would have to order? I would specifically require the metal screw- its worn out and unable to consistently open the window
Thanks

Hey Michele. When that spiral, or worm gear, pops out with the handle, it means the entire window operator has broken down and should be replaced. We likely can replace it, but we'll need to see the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view of the operator would be best. We'll do our best to help from there.

Here are a few pictures of the right window crank. I would need left (no pictures, as unable to open the window!!). Based on these pictures, can you advise which style of window crank I should order?
thanks,

Hey Michele. Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like you might have either the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators, or the 39-155 and 39-156. These two sets are very similar, the difference simply lies in the length of the link arm. See the images below. Measure your old operator's link arm to see what matches best. Let me know if you have further questions.
