Thanks for posting! Your awning operator can be replaced with our 39-239B Encore Awning Operator. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need but be sure to look over the dimensions below to confirm.
This is also available in a stainless steel version, part 39-239C.
It does not appear that the cover can be removed from your existing operator, so you'll need to double check this. If not, you'll need either the 39-375 folding handle and cover or the 39-451 non-folding handle and cover.
You may also need the 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide assembly, which is the part at the end of the arm that slides in the 39-556 track.
To replace the lock, I believe you'll need the 38-036 Rear Mount Casement Lock. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm that this is the right fit for your repairs.
