Thanks for posting. I'm afraid this Simonton pivot shoe is no longer made. The Certainteed 15-192 looks very similar, but customers have reported it does not fit the window correctly. Rubbing down the alignment nubs on the new shoe might solve this, but there's no guarantee and some customers have reported this does not work. 

An alternative solution is to consider the 15-259 Pivot Shoe. This will fit your window, but the caveat is you will need to replace the coil spring systems in the window as well with the Series 159. The video below shows how to do this. Take a look and let me know if you have questions.
