Hi Several of my windows have these parts broken. The metal connector piece on the window itself is also broken. Is this fixable ?
Thanks for any help

It's tough to tell what this is. It looks somewhat like our 15-177, but you'll need to remove yours to know for sure. I also don't know what you mean when you mention a metal connector piece. That could describe a bunch of different things. Can you show me a picture of it?

Hi I thought I sent this. The gray metal piece sticking out is broken off.It connects into the part in the window frame that slides up and down and holds the window in place when you open it.

Thanks! This part is known as a pivot bar. There are a lot of different types that may work, however, and it really comes down to your measurements. The most important measurement here is the distance between the center of the screw hole and the tip of the pin that goes into the shoe. Can you tell me that measurement? In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
