I sent over pictures with all the numbers I find on the window. The window has no tension so the window will not stay up. I need to be able to replace the spring but cannot find it on your website. Please let me know if you can help me out.

Sure, we can definitely help. So, your pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, which tells me that you probably use our Series 160 coil spring. You should look it over just to be sure. Note that our Series 160 spring is 1/2" thick. If yours is any other size, please let me know and we can recommend something else.
