Hello! Your balance looks like a match for our Series 795. The only major difference is that ours has a screw clip at the top, not a hook.

There may be an easy solution to that, though. I recommend watching the video below, which shows how you can use the 26-200 screw plug to install our balance assembly in your window. Just note that this won't work if the installation hole is round, instead of square. If that's the case, get back to me and we can look into other options.
