Looks like you need a new balance and tilt latch. Before I recommend the balance, can you first show me a picture of the hole in the frame where the hook goes? That will allow us to determine the best configuration for your window.

For the tilt latch, is it at all possible to see an undamaged version? I'm afraid this one is too broken for me to accurately ID a match.

Thank you. Since your hook goes into a square hole, you can use our Series 795 channel balance to replace the original with no alterations. The only thing you have to do is purchase our 26-200 screw plug (sold separately) and place this in the hole. That will allow our balance to screw right in. The video below will go into more detail.

As for the tilt latch, I still need to see an undamaged version in order to ID a match.
