We're in need of this part for our awning bathroom window. Opens from the bottom toward the sky.

It has #31878 on it and pictures show you the part.

HI Casey, thanks. So to read between the lines, you're thinking that these two parts might be what I'm looking for and to simply compare to see if indeed they are?

Correct, the parts that I recommended appear to match the hardware in your photos but the only way to be sure is to confirm that the dimensions match up as well.
