Window hardware coil parts

Question

4891 has a K on it
4892 is blue
4893 is the working right side of the window that is broken
4894 is the broken side.

Do you recommend replacinig both sides?

The coil has an E on it.

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

The "E" stamped on the coil does not directly translate to our weighted options. To further review, are you able to provide the weight of the window sash?

Also review the 15-143 coil bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel.

Balances are sold individually, however, it is a good idea to replace both window balances at the same time. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out faster.
