Window hardware replacement

A quick learner from Marietta, GA, USA says:
I have 16 windows total I'd like to replace the hardware on since the room has been painted. Please see attached. I'm envisioning replacing the cover, the handle and the sash lock. I think I have the correct items in my cart alread but would like some confirmation prior to ordering, thanks!

Hello there. This operator looks like our 39-155 and 39-156 type, and so the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle should work for you. If you need to replace any locks on these windows as well, please send pictures of them and I'll do my best to find them.

A quick learner from Marietta, GA, USA says:
Thank you Bob. Do you have advise on these two items?

Sure, I actually think that operator in your first photo is the same as the one in your first photo, just using a different style cover. You should compare that to the hardware I've already recommended to confirm.

As for the lock in your second photo, this design is a little different than anything we have. I have a few ideas but I'd like to see the keeper it secures to before I make a recommendation. Let me know if you could get that for me.

Thank you, that's exactly what I wanted to see. This looks like an older version of our 38-079 keeper, so I would recommend our 38-097 and 38-098 locks to replace the originals. You will also need the new style 38-079 keeper, too, since these locks won't work with the old one.
