Thank you for reaching out to us, Cory. Take a look at the S380-35 and S385-35 channel balances. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe; you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. 

You will also need to weigh the window sash on a scale since your 3435 stamp doesn't match any of our options. There's a chart under the S380-35 and S385-35 product descriptions that will help you choose the appropriate stamp option for the replacement balances.
