Window hinge/mechanism is bent

Home Owner from Santa Fe NM
Hi, My window opener has an arm about 12 " long and it is a little bent and does not pull the window closed tight, i have to close it with speed to use momentum to get it to the catch. Also the arm keeps slipping out of the slider bit on the window.
It looks very old and the handle has 'HURD' on it while the arm and window slide part have 'TRUTH"
I would like to replace this but can't see how to undo the screws that are kind of in the window.
Any help welcome
Thank you

Please see our 39-014 operator and 39-114L handle. Could these work for you? Our operator doesn't have that same bend in the arm, so I'm not sure how much that will affect the function of the window. In a worst case scenario, you would have to adjust the track on the sash, but I don't think it will come to that.
