At first glance, your shoe looks like a match for our 15-177. I recommend reviewing our measurements to confirm that they all match up. If any differ, let me know how.

The 15-177 is designed to be compatible with the Series 152 coil spring. You will need the weight stamped on the band, near the screw hole, to determine which option to pick. Please also note that this spring is sold separately; this balance assembly does not come as a kit, we only sell the components individually.

The covers appear to be in good condition so you can reuse those.
