Window latch

A quick learner from Oklahoma says:

When we moved in the house the left latch was broken. We recently found replacement parts from this website that previous owners had ordered, however the screw on inside of window doesn't line up and the latch seems to be on the wrong side.
The photo with the window closed is the right side... unbroken latch. The other photo is the window open With part number26-157. What do I need to order?

This looks very much like our right-handed 26-157 and left-handed 26-158. Take a look and confirm that the dimensions match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
