As for your operator, we don't carry an exact match but the 39-316 Dyad operator may be worth considering. Note that the base is around 4" wide.

We also offer the 39-469 Encore operator with a base about 5" wide. We can't guarantee that either option would work but take a look at the hardware related on this page, along with the installation videos, to help you decide.
