Window latch cover for sideways sliding window.

Aloha ! I have some sliding windows that have plastic covers similar to your 90-253 units. mine, however appear to have pegs as opposed to the bar yours have in the photo.

I do agree that your latch cover is a little different than ours. So, I recommend you replacing both your mechanism and cover with our 90-252 and 90-253. Look both pieces over and let us know if any other questions come up.
