Window lever lock

Question

Hello- I'm looking for left and right side window locks for a crank out window. The inside of the body says "truth" 45189-6 on the whit part of the body inside. There also is a number on the steel backplate "21328A"

Thanks for posting. This looks a lot like the 38-144 Non-Handed Sash Lock, which works with the 38-276 and 38-277 Handed Keepers. Please compare.
