Window load balancer

A quick learner from San Diego, CA says:
I need 2 load balancers with plastic ends and inner workings. Basically I need a full complete replacement. It's about 27 inches long. Also need the take out metal clips located above corners that hold the load balance in its place.

Hello,

I can see that your top balance fitting has wings but I can't quite make out if the bottom fitting does as well. If you could show us a photo of the bottom fitting from another angle to confirm, that will help us narrow down your options.

As for the take-out clip, take a look and compare the specifications of the 16-002 to yours. Thank you.

A quick learner from San Diego, CA says:
Yes the bottom does have small wings.

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2630 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Great, then you would go with the S385-27 channel balance with a 2630 strength option.
