Window lock

The handle has broken off. I would like to replace this part.

I need 4 of this style tensioner and the associated ( shoe -brake) that goes in the window track. I hope these images help you identify an available replacement part.

Thanks for getting back to us. We do not carry an exact match for your old-style casement lock but we have recommended the 38-097 and 38-098 in the past. You would also need new 38079 keepers.

As for the channel balances, it looks like you would need the S770 plain channel balances with a knife lock shoe similar to the 15-014 attached to the pulley, which we can supply through a custom order. I'd recommend removing your knife lock shoe from the window entirely to confirm that it matches the specifications below.

We'll also need to confirm how the top of the balance channel attaches to the window jamb. We'll also need to know the exact weight of your window sash to determine the strength option for your replacement balances. Lastly, please write out the exact length of the metal channel.
