Window lock and lower seal

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks to be an Andersen brand lock. The 90-095 comes to mind. Review the specifications and compare them with yours to see if they match what you need.
I'm afraid I don't know what seal your window uses. If you can remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile, that would allow us to see if we have a comparable match.
