Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we were not able to cross reference the window company. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original coils and the pivot shoe they attach to. From there we can confirm the style to determine if we can assist with a suitable replacement option. Thank you!

I have broken/loose coil and window does not stay open. Window was made by Trilite company. Window brand Fairview 35 1/2 x 33 1/2. I have included original detail which very hard for me understand. I have also added picture of coil picture. it looks like series 140 may be triple coil not sure. Coils are on both side of the window. Does not opening to remove or might be removed by angeling (not sure) Tried to check stamp for weight but not able to locate. Please help or advice if possible. Greatly appreciate you kind help.

Thank you for the additional information,

To further review, we will need to see a picture of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to. The window sash will need to be removed to access this part in the window channel. I have related a video on the page for more information. We will also need to know the thickness of the coil spring. It should either measure 3/8" or 1/2" thick. From there we can determine the Series of balance your window uses.

Please also provide the weight of the window sash. Once the sash is removed, place it on a bathroom scale. This will help us determine the strength of the springs needed. Thank you!

Thank you,

Please review the dimensions of the 15-111 pivot shoe to see how it compares to your original. I have related some videos on the page for assistance with the removal and cut outs.

Please double check the measurement of the spring, but if it measures 1/2" thick, you will need (1) S160-06 coil spring on each side of the window sash using the 15-150S single support along with the 15-148 bumper if needed. This coil setup is for a 13 pound sash.

In your original pictures, it appears that more coils were used. We will need the sash weight to move forward. Thank you!
