Unfortunately, we do not offer an exact match. Perhaps you may be able to use our 82-009A patio door handle set as a substitute. Take a look and let us know if this will work on your door.

Unfortunately, we still do not carry an exact match for the reverse grip handle set shown in this thread. Our best replacement options would be the 82-009A or 82-005 but modifications may be necessary and, even then, we can't guarantee that either handle set would work. Take a look and see what you think.
