This balance shoe appears to be an exact match for the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. Be sure to double check the dimensions to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

To replace the coils, you'll need the Series 152 Coil Balance. It is attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the coil needed to complete your assembly, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal. The balance cover can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
