My windows both upper and lower won't stay up when I open the window. It looks like they both are out of the balancers as shown on the 2 photos I sent.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your entire balance assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. What I can see reminds me of the S140 but we can't be sure with it still installed. There should also be stamps on the coil springs or housing that you would need to confirm the correct strength options for your window. Thank you!
