Hi Brandon,
The awning window operator picture here reminds me of the 39-239B Encore Awning Operator. The stainless steel version of it is the 39-239C. I am confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to look over the dimensions and design.

Just wondering if you can tell me how to remove the internal white cover? Right where you put the crank handle. Do I just force that off? Thank you!

The cover should pop off with gentle force. If it doesn't, it likely isn't removeable.
You'll need to purchase the cover along with the replacement operator.
