Window opening mechanism

Thanks for posting! The worm gear from your operator has become completely stripped so you'll need to replace the entire mechanism. I'm happy to make a replacement recommendation but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. 

I'll need to see to the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Thanks for the photo! The operator pictured here is the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. To replace the stripped operator, you'll need the 39-031. Be sure to carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that these are the right fit for your windows.

Sure thing! Take a look at the 39-155 and 39-156. Double check the measurement to see if this might be a better fit. These operators use the same hardware and accessories.
