Thanks for posting. I can't say for certain what you need without seeing a photo of the entire operator, but based off that code you might need our 39-155 and 39-156. Carefully go over all the dimensions; if the link arm size is a bit off, you might need the 39-031 and 39-032 instead. If neither of these sets look right, please show us pictures of your existing hardware. Thanks.
