Window operator

I am sorry but I only have one picture available at the moment. This property is located in Mexico and I am to vacation there shortly but I can't get any additional photos of the window operator I would like to replace. Please see attached photo and get back to me with any recommendations as to which operator is high in quality and a best fit. I believe the window arm is 9" long. I hope this information helps.
