Window operator

Question

I am looking for the truth casement window operator that has an 11.5" arm.

I ordered by mistake the 39-014 and the arm is too long to operate the window properly.

I'm afraid the closest match we have is our 39-028E operator. It has a shorter arm, but it may still work. The window would just not be able to open up as far.
